Ground Zero
When the atomic bomb was detonated over Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, "ground zero" came into our language. Its shadow still haunts us, even as our memories of that fateful day fade. "Ground Zero" was created to memorialize that event. Black and white aerial photographs taken that day were colorized, manipulated and mounted on paper board. The book consists of twelve 10 X 12 inch panels.
